Be smart
You look at the first decimal number after the ones place. If
it’s less than 5, then you leave the percent as it is; but if it’s
greater than or equal to 5, then you round up.
Eg. 56.4% = 56%
56.6% = 57%
4 or below let it go
5 or above give it a shove
